How to download YouTube Videos as MP4
Google Operating System has a great post on downloading YouTube Videos directly as an MP4. Till date, we could only download only download Youtube video’s as an FLV Video but now, GOS has found a way to get unmatched quality files in the MP4 format which you can directly send to your PMP / iPod / iPhone.
If you would want to download video as an MP4 file. you can use the same URL like an FLV File and append “&fmt=18″
For eg.
http://www.youtube.com/get_video?video_id=ID&t=SIGNATURE&fmt=18
Alternative Way
Add the following Link as a BookMarklet on your Firefox, IE or your Favorite Browser or right Click it and Add ir as your Favorite!
