Privatization of public sector companies and liberalization of the economy has more millionaires popping up in Russia then anywhere in the world. No wonder Moscow was one of the most expensive cities in the world even surpassing Tokyo. So how does a millionaire travel in the most expensive city when his chauffeur does not turn up for work. Well there are Porsche Cayenne’s and a million dollar Maybach’s as Taxi’s in a city full of millionaires.
