How to play restricted YouTube Videos

There are tonnes of videos that are region specific and sometimes users are not authorized to see the YouTube video in that particular country / region.
There is a simple hack that can get you watch those video’s which i found on
GOS

Replace
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEOID
with
http://www.youtube.com/v/VIDEOID (VIDEOID is the 11-characters video identifier)
