Apple has released an update to iTunes and now takes the iTunes to 8.0.1 for both Mac & PC. This update should improve stability, performance and fix few bugs. This update will have the following features:-

• Improves syncing spoken menus to iPod nano.

• Addresses an issue of deleting HD TV episodes when downloading.

• Improves checking for updates from the App Store

• Seamlessly plays the current song when creating a new Genius playlist.

• Addresses problems syncing Genius results to iPod.

• Improves accessibility with VoiceOver.

And Steve, if you are hearing, we in India would love to use your Genius feature as well… I hope you consider this request

Apple released a minor software update and hopefully the glitches will fade away. This release will now help in :-

• Drag an app icon across multiple pages in one motion rather than having to drag, drop or picking it up again.
• Contacts are more responsive
• Backups will now be faster
• Stronger signals for the iPhone
• Keypad loads quicker
• Screen rotation in Safari will be smoother
